GOLDEN CREEK Assisted Living Home is State licensed for five residents and has private and/or semiprivate rooms. It is a very large home with large bedrooms, lovely living and family rooms with two big screen TV's and digital cable. There is also a large kitchen and dining room. Rooms are nicely decorated and we offer our own, brand new furniture or the resident may bring his/her own. Hospital beds may be available at residents requests.

The backyard is beatifully landscaped for the enjoyment and relaxation of our residents.

The location of the home, in the heart of Tatum Ranch Community, is strategically placed near the intersection of Tatum and Cave Creek Blvds.

This house is located near major shopping and entertainment center of Desert Ridge Mall and only 2.5 miles from hystoric downtown Cave Creek.

Personalized, 24 hour care is coordinated with a variety of in home health care providers to ensure that the needs of every residents are met.

Daily housekeeping, feeding, bathing, dressing and grooming, laundry and linen services are provided. Medication is ordered, monitored and administered.

Our staff is qualified and licensed by the State of Arizona and together they have obtained more than 14 years experience in this field.
