Autumn Years is a senior living center located in Chandler, Arizona (suburban Phoenix).

Our facility was originally built and used as a convent in the 1930's through the 1960's and is in a historic residential neighborhood. The physical layout of Autumn Years promotes independence and privacy while offering the benefits of a social environment. We have ample space in our living room and activity room to accommodate schools and various religious and civil groups that come to meet and socialize with our residents.

Our dining room is reminiscent of an intimate restaurante setting and serves a wide variety of delicious home cooked meals. Autumn Years is very unique in looks, service and style.
