We are private assisted living home licensed by the state of Arizona Department of Health, County of Maricopa. We are able to accommodate for 5 residents or clients. Our property has private and semi-private rooms. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Closed to Chandler Fashion Mall, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, few minutes away to a neighborhood Parks, Chandler Regional Hospital and churches. Just a block away to major freeway 101 and Ray. Very private lot with all single stories around . Awesome views of backyard, fenced play pool thru room picture windows. Smoking area is available in designated area at the backyard. Five bedroom split plan, 2 full bath plus a jack/jill bathroom. Very spacious reception area, family/activity room and dining area, high vaulted ceiling with natural light. Accessible to wheelchair with front and back ramped tiled floors.  Big patio where they can relax.
