Golden Years Assisted Home is located in Phoenix, AZ. We believe that your loved one deserves the highest quality of care, which is why our home is owned and ran by a Registered Nurse.

Maintaining a small home-like feel is important to us, which is why we keep our occupancy to 5 individuals. By keeping our numbers low each one of our residents gets the individual attention that they deserve.

In addition to our 5 bedrooms we have a living area where residents can watch television, listen to music or join in on daily activities. An outdoor living space is also available where residents can sit and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Here at Golden Years Assisted Living Home we know that every individual is different, which is why we asses the individual needs of every resident and adjust the care plan accordingly. 

It is important to us to help each resident maintain the highest level of independence possible.

We strive to provide a home-like environment where each resident will feel comfortable and at home. We also believe in treating each resident with the respect that they deserve. Most importantly, we hope to build a friendship between our staff and the residents as well as between the residents families.

Amenities and Services

  • Living area where residents can watch television, listen to music or join in on daily activities.
  • Private bedrooms allow residents to have a place of their own where they can relax.
  • The main bathroom provides the residents a place where they can take showers and use as-needed. Safety is our number one concern, which is why hand rails are provided for extra support.
  • 24 hours, 7 days a week, staff assist the residents with all their needs.
  • Medication managements and monitoring.
  • Laundry and linen services.
  • Three daily, home cooked meals plus snacks.
  • The resident's personal physician is consulted as needed for coordinated and personalized care.
  • Beautician and barber services can be provided at resident's convenience.
  • Housekeeping provided on a regular basis.
