Iris House is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the Arizona Baltimore community and has inspiring views of Camelback Mountain. We are conveniently located less than 10 miles from the Arizona Heart and Good Samaritan Hospitals. Interstate 10 and Squaw Peak Parkway are minutes away. Theatres, restaurants, shopping and senior centers are just around the corner for our use.
With five or fewer residents, your family member has the care of two caregivers with over 10 years experience as well as, the use of a licensed LPN. Because we have created an intimate environment, we are able to provide specialized care for our residents’ ever-changing needs. While everyone is a certified professional with strong inter personal skills, mostly, they are compassionate and loving people that encourage and promote well-being.
We provide a variety of services including once per week beautician, geriatric masseuse, and an art therapist on call. We can arrange transportation to and from the doctor’s office.
At Iris House we strongly believe in providing our residents with a comprehensive recreational program and stimulating activities both inside the home and out.
