Fifty Seventh Place offers bright private and semi-private luxurious rooms accomodated with maple furnishings, walk-in closets, elegant wingback chairs, ceiling fans, lovely decor. The bath environment is especially designed for the safety and comfort of our elderly residents. Many bathrooms are accented with specialized heating elements, safety rails, walk-in showers and wheelchair/walker accessibility. Secured, park-like grounds include walking/rehab paths, botanical gardens. Spacious common areas provide an ambiance that enhances the feeling of being in an upscale and professional environment.

Services provided: The variety of in-home services is truly unsurpassable. Twenty-four hour supervision includes: high staff ratio, awake-night staff, nightly bed checks. In addition, on-call doctors, dentist, psychologist, pharmacy, beauticians and nursing services are readily available. Owner, Ronnie Brown, Ph.D., has extensive experience with the elderly and their families. She holds a Doctorate in Counseling as well as Certificate in Gerontological Studies. The diverse and high qulified backgrounds of the owner and caregivers enable Fifty Seventh Place to provide a high level of service for residents recovering from a wide range of medical and psychological conditions.
Daily activities are geared to the personal interests and abilities of our residents. Enjoy music, pet/recreational therapy, participate in current events/world happenings discussions, letter writing, or savor the variety of entertainment and friendships offered by various volunteer visits. These amenities enable us to enhance the desired lifestyle of each individual. We actively work to meet the psychological and physical needs of each resident as both an individual and as part of the whole group.
Our vision is to help each resident remain mentally stimulated and as physically independent as possible. We welcome families to tour our homes at any time.
