We provide a comfortable and homey feeling environment to our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our mission is to render a quality of care and service, with respect, dignity, and compassion.

We are licensed for 6-non ambulatory residents. We have 2-single rooms and 4-shared rooms. 

Hospice waiver in place.

Amenities and Services

  • We are close to Palomar Medical Center and other medical/dental facilities, and parks and shopping malls
  • Our house has comfortable and suitable livingroom and bedroom furniture. Ample outdoor activity area.
  • We provide assitance with personal acitivities of daily living as follows:

  • -grooming
  • -toileting
  • -meal preparation
  • -laundry(non-dry clean)
  • -cleaning of residents room
  • -clean bed and linens
  • -assistance in scheduling and meeting medical/dental needs
