Diamond Care Home accepts ambulatory and non ambulatory residents, with continuous 24 hour care and observation to ensure the resident's well being.

First Responders as the Emergency Medical Transporter service provider for emergencies or non-emergencies circumstances.
We assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and other personal care needs. We assist with medications and offer three delicious meals and snacks. Activities and recreational programs are also important. We do the housekeeping and transportation services are also available. We offer optional services such as Beautician services and Podiatrist services. We have special occasion celebrations. We allow home health care nurses into our facility (under Doctor's orders) that provide nursing services including physical and occupational therapy. We allow Hospice agencies into our facility for hospice care.
