The front and back yard have different variety of roses. The house is  4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The residents' rooms have a bathroom. It has a large back patio.  All the furniture and accessories are new. The resident rooms also have tile floors. Also each room has an oil painting hanging on the walls.
