We have comfortable private rooms as well as semi-private rooms for those who like company. The Better Life is not like the typical institutionalized, large population nursing home where the ratio of residents to caregivers can be as high as 12:1. At The Better Life, our residents receive personal attention while living in a comfortable home environment.
Our home offers 24 hour care and supervision for your loved ones and features nicely furnished rooms with central air and heat, smoke detectors, fire alarm, cable TV, private telephone (if desired), and space to accommodate personal belongings. Our large covered patio is perfect for outdoor luncheons, and get-togethers. We have outdoor garden lighting and fountains for peaceful relaxation in the evenings.
Wake-up and meal times are on a flexible schedule to accommodate the specific needs and wishes of each resident. Individual food preferences are taken into consideration and our residents are encouraged to request their favorite meals and snacks. Our prices are affordable, and our experienced staff have had background checks, are certified in First Aid, and receive continuous training.
