Welcome!

We provide assistance to daily living, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, meals and snacks, social activities, transportation to medical appointments, observation and supervision - all in a home-like environment!

We accept: Dementia, Hospice, Non-Ambulatory, and most medical conditions related to aging.

Amenities and Services

  • Personalized Care - We realize that each resident is different and that each resident have different needs. We will work with the resident, family member(s), doctors to create a care plan to meet the needs to the resident.
  • 1:3 ratio - For every three residents there is a caregiver to attend to the resident's needs. With a small staff to resident ratio, caregiver is able to provide quality care to the resident.
  • Home-like environment - From the inside and out, you would never be able to tell that Tara Hills Care Home is a facility.
  • Beautiful backyard and wrap around deck - Enjoy a meal on the deck or sit in the backyard and enjoy the birds singing. Enjoy visits from family and friends in the garden.
  • Sliding Door and Access to the Yard - Each room has a sliding door providing access to the deck and backyard.
