Green Meadow Care Home is located in the heart of of Pittsburg, CA.  Green Meadow is located near the City of Concord, Martinez, and Antioch.  Near the home is a Senior Center, offering a variety of activities such as bingo, field trips, classes, and recreational activities; a first class shopping mall, and near by parks.  This newly renovated meets current fire and building code standards. and offers spacious, "at-home" living for 6 non-ambulatory  residents.  Green Meadow Care Home has private and semi-private rooms and offers different levels of care which includes dementia, hospice, and respite care.
