Autumn Hill offers four care facilities geared for the frail elderly person who has regressed physically and/or mentally to require more assistance than can be provided in a large Board and Care, and yet doesn't need a Nursing Home. We are an assisted living intermediate care facility. We assist people with personal care such as showering, dressing, stand by assistance with walking, or whatever the person's needs are in view of their limitations. Autumn Hill has extra wide doors in the bathrooms and grab bars conveniently placed around the toilet and shower area.S A high tech shower chair is utilized in our specially designed bathing area, both of which aids in assuring a comfortable experience during the personal care process. Each facility is easily accessible without any major barriers. They are all on one level with minimal walking necessary. Each facility has a ratio of one staff person to every three residents. All of our staff are English speaking and have worked for us an average of at least two years. Our main prerequisite for employment is a love of working with the elderly.
