About Us All Valley Home Care is a 24-hour, 7-day a week residential care home for the elderly, serving ambulatory and non-ambulatory men and women ages 60 and over. Our goal is to provide a home-oriented environment, which will cater to the individual needs of our elderly individuals who require assistance with their daily living needs. We encourage elderly adults to pursue individual interest and activities. We provide close supervision and individualized care and ensure that all residents maintain an optimal level of health and receive medical, dental examinations or follow-up appointments regularly.

Program Goal 1. Provide a cheery and homey atmosphere where residents will enjoy the feeling of being in their own home as opposed to a clinical environment.

2. Residents are relaxed, content and are active and engaged in activities. Each resident will participate or be encouraged to participate in a variety of facility-based and community-based activities.

3. Residents are alert, well groomed and clean due to outstanding care and supervision by our staff.

4. Each resident's family members will be encouraged to maintain regular visitation and participation in facility-based recreational holiday activities.

5. The facility will provide a safe, nurturing, and family-oriented environment for its residents.

6. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Privacy and confidentiality is respected.

Amenities and Services

  • Resident semi-private and private furnished rooms with bedside chair, drawer space & closet.
  • Basic Meal Service (three nutritious meals per day, physician prescribed diets and a minimum of
  • two snacks).
  • Assistance with self administered medication in accordance with physician's instructions. Central storing and distribution of medications.
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Weekly linen changes, cleaning of resident rooms, laundry service (more frequent if necessary).
  • Arrangement of and transportation to medical and dental appointments. Transportation for facility-based activities or programs planned facility and community-based recreational activities.
  • Observation, care and supervision, and personal assistance with their needs and activities of daily living.
  • Bedside care services for minor and temporary illnesses like colds or flu.
  • All residents will be observed regularly by staff to look for any changes in mental or physical conditions.
  • Special and Modified Diets if prescribed by a physician
