Sunny family neighborhood home, with many friendly neighbors. Home is brightly lit, bedrooms are with private baths, and of moderate size. Language capabilities in this home is Spanish and English. Residents in this home are mentally high functioning, using walkers, and one who is bed bound. We are fortunate to be close to Hillsdale mall, 25th Avenue shopping, a community and senior citizen centers, and 2 blocks away from a rose garden, and baseball field. There are many neighborhood festivities during the Christmas and Halloween seasons. We have the best neighborhood spirit for decoration during the Christmas holiday. Halloween brings out the young trick or treaters, the scariest neighborhood!!!!!!
