Perpetual Help Facility is a state licensed residential home for seniors 60 years old and over. It is a brand new home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths located in a primed Spanos Village area. Our goal is to blend personal care and supportive care services with a home like atmosphere and personal attention given by our well trained staff.
