"I just wanted to tell you how grateful I and my family are for your having been there if for no other reason than to give advice during our time of crisis with my brother-in-law. I can't even begin to imagine just how difficult your job must be dealing with families in crisis on a daily basis. Evening just making one phone call to say, "How is everything going..." you are quite possibly the only phone call of that nature that a family may receive that week or for that matter at all! I'm sure that when these families are in these situations and they see no light at the end of the tunnel you are their light."
"The place you recommended looks perfect. This place has a view of the water. They have fountains (small ponds) in the yard which would be very peaceful and a vegetable garden. Orchids are all over the house so mom would love that and her room has a view of the Sound. They document everything. The menu is very healthy and the place is as clean as can be. The nurse there is very kind too and would be ideal for mom." So Colleen, I think you have done it again!!! Found a place for mom!! We can't thank you enough!"
