Elaine's PCH is a beautiful home located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Lilburn, GA. It is conveniently located near parks, hospitals, pharmacies and churches. We are licensed for 4 residents. We offer affordable rates for our extra large private rooms. The home has a large family room, formal dining room, breakfast nuk, three large bathrooms and an extra large enclosed deck and an open deck area with a koi pond.
