"I just wanted to tell you how grateful I and my family are for your having been there if for no other reason than to give advice during our time of crisis with my brother-in-law. I can't even begin to imagine just how difficult your job must be dealing with families in crisis on a daily basis. Evening just making one phone call to say, "How is everything going..." you are quite possibly the only phone call of that nature that a family may receive that week or for that matter at all! I'm sure that when these families are in these situations and they see no light at the end of the tunnel you are their light."
"My mom loves this place. It feels like a Bed and Breakfast - cozy, personalized attention, good food and company. She plays games, etc. with the caregivers and a few of the residents. She's finally found her niche. She has been a very angry person most of her life, and now she seems to have found some inner peace. Thanks for taking part in her evolution."
