Four Maples (AFC), a family owned and operated residential home, provides assisted living accommodations for a small group of 5-6 residents in individual rooms equipped with ½ or full baths. All rooms are naturally bright and buoyant. Despite its rural setting, Four Maples is in the immediate vicinity to Munson Medical Center, doctors, shopping and recreation. Situated on a one acre partially wooded and parklike lot it contains flower beds, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.

The owners and operators enjoy a family life reflecting both American and European values and cultural traditions. They believe that this atmosphere at the Four Maples benefits their residents and helps provide them a warm, clean, safe and emotionally well rounded environment in which they receive a great deal of individual attention.

Room and board, basic supplies, utilities, cable, laundry, ironing and housekeeping are all included in our monthly fee. Also:
