Aging Joyfully (G) Residential Care Home
Aging Joyfully Residential Care Home is a new facility licensed to care for up to 10 residents needing 24 hour assistance and supervision.This newly remodeled home situated on 1.7 acres in Eden Prairie boasts nine bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large living and dining area and other common living areas in a warm, homey environment. All bedrooms are private, however one married couple needing care could be accommodated. Many safety features were designed into the home such as door alarms and a fire sprinkler system and a large patio with raised garden beds is planned for spring.

Co-owner Joy Hansen, an Advanced Practice Nurse with over 25 years of experience, will be on site daily to train and monitor staff , set up medications and develop individualized care plans for each resident. She is also licensed to provide skilled nursing care and assessments when needed.
