WhiteCross Care is located in a private, residential home in a quiet neighborhood in Savage, MN with convenient access to 35W. This beautiful 5 bedroom home offers private or semi-private rooms with access to patio and balcony.

WhiteCross Care provides 24 hour RN support (on-call and regular visits). Our RN will assist residences with medication, health monitoring and care management. RN will attend medical appointments with residents as needed.

WhiteCross Care is a conduit for residents to continue to enjoy the finer things in life; attending religious activities, entertainment (to include trips to the library, zoo, restaurants as well as in-home activities such as crafts, gardening, painting, etc). Residents will have the benefit of dwelling in an environment with consistent staff that will be familiar with the daily needs and desires of each resident.

Amenities and Services

  • 24 hour Registered Nurse (RN) coverage;
  • Medication set up and administration, including intravenous medication;
  • Transportation to and from religious institutes, shopping, medical appointments or other outside activites;
  • Wound Care and Dressing changes;
