Colby lake care home is an Adult Foster Care Home Licensed for 5 residents. It is a rambler style home with just minimal steps to enter the house and have handicap ramp accessibility. The house has an open floor plan with easy monitoring in the kitchen/dining/living area. Alarms are on both accessible doors which is in the front door and the garage door. All bedrooms are located on one side of the house. The master bedroom being the shared room with its own shower and bathroom and two private rooms which has a double sink bathroom and tub. 

 

    There is a deck that will be accessible  by next summer for everyone to enjoy. The Lake is just a few minutes walk from the home so  residents and family can enjoy a walk. Lots of room for family to visit especially for privacy or just to be by yourself. The home is very welcoming and very airy which makes everyone feel comfortable including families.
