"My mother is adjusting quit well to NHC Place. I do not think that she would have adjusted as quickly to any other facility. She likes the people there and the surroundings. "I just wanted to tell you how grateful I and my family are for your having been there if for no other reason than to give advice during our time of crisis with my brother-in-law. I can't even begin to imagine just how difficult your job must be dealing with families in crisis on a daily basis. Evening just making one phone call to say, "How is everything going..." you are quite possibly the only phone call of that nature that a family may receive that week or for that matter at all!
