This is a spacious home in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon. The home is owned and operated by Bozena Celnik, N.D., who also has her clinic on-sight. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and can accommodate 5 residents. One room has a private deck and one room that would be perfect for a couple, has a private bath with double sinks and a large walk-in closet. The house has a formal living room and dining room, computer room, a larger kitchen with a breakfast room and a family room with big screen TV. Double doors around the house exit to a beautiful deck and all doors are alarmed.

We provide levels one, two and three of care and have a live-in CNA, whom is a loving and caring person. Wonderful, healthy and natural menus are provided and we can do special diets as needed. We will have all kinds of outings and activities, based on what the residents like to do. This is a wonderful alternative to a nursing home.
