Autumn Garden Home is a small homey residential care facility in a quiet residential settings. Our shady back yard has a walkway, flower beds and park benches for your enjoyment. The rooms are freshly painted and/or remodeled. We go someplace special every month: The coast (Newport/Seaside/Astoria/Tillamook), Mt. Hood Railway. Riverboat tours (Willamette/Columbia), Country Fair, The Oregon Zoo, Woodburn's Tulip Festival, Columbia Gorge Scenic Drive and picnic, etc. Our winter outings are to some special place to eat. Our tasty, nutritious meals are also low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugar and high fiber. We provide a safe cozy home for those who are no longer able to live independently, and endeavor to help them to maintain as much independence as possible. We believe life is worth living at Autumn Garden Home.
