We are located in the North Austin Texas area within the City of Georgetown just 2 miles from the Sun City Retirement Community. This area offers peaceful surroundings with oak trees and close proximity to many amenities. 

Our spacious single level 3 bdrm 2 bath home resides on a peaceful lot with a large back yard surrounded by oak trees. We have a gated pool just a cross the way. We are just 2 blocks from an HEB supermarket, Bank of America, Capitol One Bank plus a small stores mall.

Also, we are just 3 miles form a Super Wal-Mart, Target, an additional strip mall with many restaurants and other specialty stores such as Ross, Old Navy, Target plus many more shopping outlets.  We are very close to the Georgetown Healthcare System Hospital and other Doctors offices.
