My home is in  the Woodlands area, Timberidge Timberlakes subdivision about a mile from The Woodlands Parkway.  I am a Registered Nurse with 16+ years experience in Hospice, Dialysis, Medical Surge, Psychiatric, and Rehabilitation Nursing.  Residents  receive daily nursing assessment as well as management of symptoms that include pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, constipation, edema,  etc. All symptoms are managed well per Doctors orders. I also have experience with paralyzed, head injured residents. Hospice residents are welcome and respite care is provided. My home provides a small setting for excellent one on one knowledgeable care. Please give me the opportunity to take care of your loved ones.
