iCare Adult Family Home is a new private residence located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Auburn. We provide long-term personalized care for up to five elderly and/or people with disabilities. We encourage our residents to gain independence, personal power & choice, and integration in the community.

 

We feel retirement should be celebrated. We provide the care and the comfort to live a care-free retirement with dignity and independence. We treat our residents the way we want to be treated and to live the way we want to live. Our house is the house we want to move into when we retire.

 

We offer warmth of a relaxed home setting and an open door policy for relatives and friends. The private rooms were designed to provide safe environment. Social activities include recognition of birthday & holidays and families and encouraged to participate.

Amenities and Services

  • Private bedrooms are neatly organized and we encourage you to bring meaningful personal belongings. A living room, dinette, and bathrooms were designed for a fun, yet protective space.
  • All-in-One Service provided:
  • Case Management: by the experienced Case Manager;
  • Oversight Nurse & Nurse Delegation: all nursing tasks are delegated by the Registered Nurse;
  • Personal Care: provided for all activities of daily living (transfers, mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene);
  • Social Activities: provided by near-by Auburn & Kent Senior Activity Centers;
  • Nutritional Service: special diets accommodated;
  • Chore Services: include housekeeping, laundry, and shopping;
  • Medical supplies, transportation, and medications: assistance with ordering of medical supplies provided, arrangement of transportation, and medications delivered to our Home.
  • Professional, fully trained, and screened caregivers will work hard to satisfy the needs of your loved ones.
