This property was built in 1973 and is situated in the Lakehills District of Bellevue.  Over the period we have owned it we have upgraded the property continuously with low emission windows, major kitchen upgrade with the opening up of the kitchen so residents could see what is being cooked for their meals.  All meals in the facility are freshly cooked from base ingredients.  We do not serve frozen dinners at any point in time.  The meals cater for the American palate and also to Filipinos and Indian cuisine.  We have a long ramp which makes it wheel chair accessible to both the downstairs and upstairs residents.  We are conveniently located in the proximity of Crossroads Shopping Center and the adjoining park.  Our grounds are ringed with cheery trees in the front and we have an apple, pear and peaches trees at the back.
