Annylysse’s Quality Care AFH is located in Bothell. It is a spacious new home located on one acre of beautiful land in a peaceful country setting.

You are invited to visit our home to experience the peace and tranquility of a private Adult Family Home for your loved one. We offer high quality customized care based on each individual’s needs and preferences.

Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for each individual and treat each person as a unique individual with dignity and respect by providing quality customized care and loving support.

Our home is specifically designed to fit the needs of every resident. We offer private rooms only and some private baths. We have one main bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home is wheelchair accessible and in a non-smoking environment with smoke detectors in every room.

All staff are certified caregivers. Activities include: walking, gardening, games, music, exercise, arts & crafts, reading newspaper, movie night, plus other activities customized for each individual. All residents’ birthdays, special events and holidays are celebrated. We encourage visits from family and friends.
