Grace Adult Family Home (G) Residential Care Home

Grace Adult Family Home is owned and managed by Roselyn Muhanji, a Licensed Practical Nurse, who also specializes in nutrition.  Her extensive nursing experience includes medical, geriatric, and dementia care. 

Grace's was nominated by the Alzheimer's Association for the Excellence in Care giving Award.  

Grace Adult Family Home has both private as well as semi-private rooms available. Each room is elegantly decorated but you are welcome to add your own personal touch. The warm ambiance of the home is created by the natural light filtering through the many windows and skylights.
