Angels Care AFH is located in beautiful Des Moines area at 26035 14th Avenue South, with easy access to Interstate 5 and Highway 99. We are within minutes away from Saltwater State Park, Des Moines Marina, Southcenter Westfield & Sea-Tac Shopping Malls, Federal Way, Kent, Burien, Tukwila and 25 minutes away from downtown Seattle.

The home has private and semi-private rooms, furnished or unfurnished of your own choice; each room equipped with smoke alarm, call bell, phone and cable TV and door alarms. A large patio beautifully landscaped provides outdoor enjoyment and summer barbecues for residents and their guests.

Our facility has been designed and built with the comfort and safety for seniors foremost in mind.

  • Angels Care AFH provides 3xday homecooked meals, snacks, bathing and dressing assistance, laundry/housekeeping services, medication management, prescription delivery. Special events includes residents birthday celebrations. Special diets available upon request.
