Adagio Adult Family Home, beautifully located in South Everett WA above Puget Sound, views both water and mountains from all rooms.  We are located close to the Mukilteo/Whidbey Island ferry and the hospitals and cultural services of Everett.  Our cul de sac is quiet and level in a friendly neighborhood of families with young children and retirees.  Our generous property is professionally landscaped to provide residents peaceful enjoyment of flowers and the birds they attract as well as raised bed gardening.

 

The owners are Resident Providers with years of experience in professional service capacity.  We are dedicated to providing secure alternative care in our beautiful home.  Although our Home is licensed for six, we only accept three to four people to keep our daily activities centered around Residents' interests and needs.  Adagio is our home where you belong to our family and your family is always welcome.

 

Amenities and Services

  • All services aim to encourage your capacity for independence as we celebrate your life, and to provide comfort when your abilities become limited.
  • Assistance and supervision with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Meals, snacks and liquids are prepared around the expressed tastes of our Residents, with dietary modifications as defined by your Care Plan.
  • An on-call Registered Nurse delegates assistance with your medications and topical applications, health assessments and care plans.
  • Companionship and socialization, emotional support, spiritual care per your beliefs.
  • Personal care of your laundry and private room as we would want to receive it.
  • Daily physical exercise in-house per your Care Plan; neighborhood walks as weather permits.
  • A handicap-accessible Dodge Van assists us with field trips.
  • Our Computer allows us to offer memory stimulation activities documented to slow dementia and increase your quality of life.
  • We are a Washington State licensed Adult Family Home with Manager Dementia and Mental Health Specialty training, CPR, First Aid, Nurse Delegation. Both Harvey and Maxine hold earned degrees in Psychology.
