Calm clean environment catering to female clients with dementia.  Home is managed by a nurse of 18 years and staffed with 24 hour awake staff.  Food is prepared by an experienced Dietary Manager familiar with special diets.  Home has 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms.  Home is licensed for 5 clients.  There is a sunroom for visiting or just spending some private time alone to enjoy peace with nature.  There is  a hairdresser that comes in weekly and a foot care specialist that comes in every other month to address foot care needs.  In home security system for additional safety.  Home is situated in a cul-de-sac with a greenbelt running parallel to the Chehalis Western Trail.  Philosophy is to provide quality of care to seniors while promoting independence and focusing on their strengths and not their weaknesses. 

Amenities and Services

  • Medication management. Personal care assistance to include dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, showering, oral/denture care. Mobility assistance with or without the use of an assistive device. Individualized laundry and housekeeping once a week and as needed. Incontinent care. Medical management within the scope of practice. Scheduled activities such as outings, manicures, bingo, games, walks, exercise. Open communication with the physician and family to provide the best care possible. Hospice services to provide end of life care. Outside agencies such as physical therapy/occupational therapy.
