     We are located in a quiet and secure neighborhood that allows residents to feel safe indoors and outdoors.  We work with every family to create an individualized care plan that supports each resident's needs and interests while giving them the independence and dignity they deserve.
     Fairwood Springs AFH is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, whose relevant experience has been as a homecare nurse for the past 12 years.  She has primarily cared for medically fragile clients who have had numerous nursing needs.  Her presence at Fairwood Springs is a plus to residents as she can provide ongoing assessments, health monitoring, as well as being a liaison with doctors to ensure that medical needs are met.
     Fairwood Springs AFH offers you a warm and comfortable environment as a wonderful alternative to a nursing home.  As your medical needs increase, you have the experience and skill of an R.N. available when you need it without requiring you to relocate.
