Since 1992, we've been operating Washington Licensed Adult Family Homes that bridge the care gap between independent living and institutional care for an affordable cost.

We are located in Richmond Beach and Innis Arden, quiet exclusive neighborhoods in Shoreline, with easy access to the I-5 freeway, shopping centers, restaurants, parks and the beach.

In our privately owned homes we provide different level of care to seniors, in a safe and secure environment and a family like atmosphere.

Home #1 is a newly built home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large deck where you can enjoy a beautiful views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain Range.

Home #2 is a also a newly remodeled home in a private community with four large rooms and two bathrooms. This home has a large deck and yard with swimming pool, and is located in a quiet and scenic location.

Our homes are wheelchair / walker accessible and offer furnished private and shared rooms with cable TV and telephone outlets.

Amenities and Services

  • When independent living is no longer possible we offer an alternative to assisted living and nursing homes in a home like environment with 24-hour help and supervision.
  • We develop each resident’s service plan in collaboration with your family.
  • Complete care with activities of daily living like help with dressing, bathing, eating, laundry service and housekeeping.
  • We provide three nutritious home-cooked meals a day and snacks.
  • Special therapeutic diets are available.
  • Medication monitoring/administration and prescription refills pick-up.
  • We closely observe our residents for any physical and behavioral changes and keep an open communication line with the resident’s family and the doctor.
  • We encourage residents to stay active through physical and mental stimulation.
  • Certified activities coordinators provide social interaction, focusing on the resident’s current abilities and strengths.
  • Outings are planned for those who are able to venture out.
  • We celebrate special events, holidays and birthdays.
