Hi, my name is Tracy Kondracki.  I’m an RN and have been working with elders in a rehab setting for 5 years.  I’ve been a nurse for 17 years and have also worked in medical surgical hospital settings and labor and delivery.  My husband, Aaron, works with me in our home; he’s a nurse’s aide.  We have a six year old daughter, Kiwi, who enjoys providing entertainment and spontaneity.  She passes out the gifts on Christmas and has to make certain everyone is having fun.  We live on site and have family meals with our elders and serve organic food with a moderate to low glycemic index.  I love to read and research and continue my education.  I’m always interested in integrating traditional and alternative medicine practices with a special focus on nutrition.
