Hoffmann's Paradise CBRF (G) Residential Care Home
Hoffmann's Paradise is a new, 16 bed community based residential facility. We are licensed as a CNA A Class C Non-ambulatory CBRF. We have 24 hour staffing which includes RNs, CNAs and personal care workers. We serve residents with advanced aged, Dementia/Alzheimer's, developmentailly disabled, physically disabled, emotionally disturbed/mental illness, terminally ill and traumatic brain injury.

Hoffmann's Paradise allows to resident to maintain their independance and privacy they need in addition to the services they require. The cost per month is less than one would pay at a nursing home. Hofmann's Paradise is located 15 minutes south of Iron Mountain, MI and just over one hour north from Green Bay. We accept admissions seven days per week including holidays.
