Rosewood Manor is an 8-bed, state licensed Community Based
Residential Care Home (CBRF) in Delavan, Wisconsin (category A-C; independent and total care) “uniquely” designed for adults and seniors requiring various levels of
assisted living. Our staff, program and environment support the specialized needs of persons with Alzheimer’s disease, other related dementia disorders and the very frail older.
Providing health maintenance, a rehabilitative philosophy, personal respect, socialization, confidentiality and privacy for each resident. The provision of
“QUALITY CARING” is our mission. Our Registered Nurse is a specialist in Gerontological and Rehabilitation Nursing. The RN health assessments, treatments and medication management programs are included in the basic monthly rent. A skilled “Residential CAREgiver” staff is present twenty-four hours a daily to assist residents with personal/emotional care needs. Caregivers have specialized training in dementia/Alzheimer’s and Eldercare.
“LIVING” each day to the fullest requires “CARING” for the whole person…social, spiritual, emotional, nutritional, physical, rehabilitative and recreational needs in a homelike environment with care tailored to each resident’s needs.
