Ranch style Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in the Overlook Farms area of Greendale providing individualized, personal care for 8 senior residents. This home like environment in a beautiful, residential neighborhood was previously a family home. 24-hour awake staff encourages residents in being as independent as possible but provide assistance as needed with bathing, dressing, medication management, toileting and other personal cares. Home-cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry included. Nursing services available 24 hours per day; consulting registered dietician. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect to assure a comfortable lifestyle. Encourage residents to bring their own familiar furniture, but will provide basic furnishings.
