Providing individualized, personal care for 8 senior residents in a small, home-like environment. Licensed by the state of Wisconsin as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Located in a beautiful, residential neighborhood of Wauwatosa, this was previously a family home. 24-hour awake staff encourages residents in being as independent as possible but provide assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, toileting and other personal cares as needed. Home-cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry included. Nursing services available 24 hours per day; consulting registered dietician. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect to assure a comfortable lifestyle. Encourage residents to bring their own familiar furniture, but will provide basic furnishings.
