Jones Family Adult Home Services is in the business of developing and providing residential and day program services for adults with disabilities, to provide a home where people are not only cared for but are cared about. Our philosophy and goals is putting our people first, where residents are enabled and encouraged to grow to their full potential.
We offer: private rooms including utilities, food, laundry, health monitoring, 24-hour care, leisure time activities such as movies, games arts & crafts, group interactions, music, cable TV, individual counseling, referral services, house-keeping, supervision of medication, some transportation, skilled staff, clean & safe environment. Jones family adult home has over 10 years experience in providing services for individuals and their needs. The target populations will be any persons with special care needs, MS residents, Alzheimer care, dementia, veterans, elders developmentally disabled, terminally ill, aging, handicapped, homelessness, AODA residents. We welcome adults of all ages; we are proud of our new family members growing and changing their daily lives.
Jones Adult Home is collaborated with Family Care Program, A Place for Mom’s agency, Wiser Choice Program, Milwaukee County Behavior Health Division, Milwaukee County Disability Service, Amazing Social Service, House of Shelter Inc., to assist in time of need. The Jones Family Home is licensed by the state of Wisconsin to operate as a living assisted residential placement.
