Located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Shonas Highlands on the far west side of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, our new home built with seniors in mind, provides individualized, personal care for 4 senior residents in a small, home environment. 24-hour awake staff encourages residents in being as independent as possible but provide assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, toileting and other personal cares as needed. Home-cooked meals, housekeeping and laundry are included.

We primarily serve seniors with varying stages of memory loss, but the more frail elderly as well. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect to assure the best quality of life possible.
